ADR Courses in Chatham, Kent.
Based at Chatham Historic Dockyard located on the River Medway in Kent, T-S-T is approved by The Department for Transport and The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) to deliver Dangerous Goods courses in line with the requirements contained within the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). All ADR courses are dual approved for DCPC with up to 28 hours available towards your entitlement.
ADR Course Content
Taking our ADR course will help you to recognise the risks associated with transporting dangerous goods and ensure you;
- Are aware of the hazards arising in the carriage of dangerous goods
- Are aware of dangerous goods legislation
- Can take steps to reduce the likelihood of an incident taking place
- Can take all necessary measures for their own safety and that of the public and the environment
- Can limit the effects of any incident that does occur
- Have an understanding of the actions to take in the event of an incident
SQA Examinations
Attendance on the ADR course will include formal examinations for each of the modules required. On passing Dangerous Goods Driver Training (ADR) exams candidates will be issued a Driver Training Certificate (DTC) allowing them to transport dangerous goods in the classes and modes they have passed.
