1.1 Payment for courses (classroom and online) is required before the course commences.
1.2 If a delegate can no longer attend a course date, delegates can be transferred to another course at no extra cost.
1.3 Any course credits due to transfers must be used within 12 months of the original course date.
1.4 If a delegate is unable to complete their training, all examination, upload and admin fees are forfeited.
1.5 Any course attendance credits due to incomplete training must be used within 12 months of the original course date.
